This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This charming seven-bedroom, eight-and-one-half-bath vacation house is located on the second row. At this welcoming rental, your guests can walk to the beach to comb for shells or take a cool dip in the outdoor pool (can be heated for a fee Mar-Apr & Sept-Oct) with an outside shower. It is the ideal South Carolina oasis for a family reunion, retreat, or perhaps a vacation for golf buddies.
Decorated in soft, soothing hues, this is a house where you can play and relax until your heart is content. Put on your competitive hat at the pool table in the game room, then unwind in the salty South Carolina breeze on one of the balconies. Your beach rental features three balconies where you can kick back in a rocking chair, put your feet up, and let the rest of the world go by. What a way to start your vacation.
You will have the convenience of an elevator, and central heat and air will keep you comfortable year-round. We enjoyed our stay, the pool heat was expensive but I guess its understandable.
We had a wonderful time in Myrtle and loved the home! Also needs updated pots and pans , just not enough and wore out! We also bought wine and cocktail glasses. They only had plastic ones. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the beach just steps swayback Would definitely stay again!

My family and I have been renting luxury beach houses for over 20 years and this home is the best we have ever rented! The house itself is gorgeous and the attention to details (crown moldings and 15 foot ceilings on every floor), beautifully decorated, comfortable beds (not the cheapest mattresses owners usually purchase) and the incredibly well stocked gourmet kitchen was pleasantly surprising. Every bedroom had a full bathroom and decks off them all that allowed ocean views from the front and pretty views of Cherry Grove an the pool from the back decks. All three front decks had wooden rocking chairs and tables , not the cheap plastic kind you sometimes get with theses rentals. We will definitely be back!
