This large condominium lives like home. The kitchen is beautifully furnished. In addition to cookware, dishes and utensils, the fully equipped kitchen in Ashworth 102 features full size appliances and a dishwasher. Making a meal or preparing snacks is a pleasure in this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental. The kitchen has a breakfast bar next to the dining area. This areas is as good for serving food as they are for playing games with the family.
Kick back in the living room full of comfortable furniture. Step onto the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the jaw dropping scenery. This first floor condominium has a nice view of the sundeck and swimming pool as well as the sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean. The pool deck of this North Myrtle Beach highrise features a kiddie pool the toddlers will love. The hot tub is fantastic for easing sore muscles, and everyone loves the lazy river.
Ashworth is in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, SC and it is just down the beach from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier and near Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, shopping, dining and championship golf courses.
Check-in and check-out will be at Elliott's on-site Ashworth office. It is located street side on North Ocean Blvd under the green awning.

I have always avoided first floor units. Unit 102 at Ashworth was the perfect location. It’s not ground floor and the banister on the balcony is about 30% higher than normal. It was perfect for us. The view was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely book this condo again. The only negative was the cookware. We ended up buying a couple skillets but that was nothing compared to all the positive things in the condo.
The property was well appointed and kept clean. The pool area was also kept well. The walk to the beach was very easy. The condo itself was well appointed with nice and comfortable furnishings. The beds were comfortable, however, the master bed was a little firm. Consider bringing a topper with you and the king front bed was extremely noisy if you move around a lot while sleeping or get up a lot. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. Parking wasn't horrible either but it was tight as are all the parking garages. Felt safe knowing the property had security too.
First floor eliminated any need to wait for and/or use the elevators. Parking was directly outside the unit. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, parking passes and property wristbands. Would definitely stay here again!
