Great location! Loved the pools at the property - perfect for kids and adults! Easy to go to the beach with lots of access paths. The space was perfect for our family! Beautiful beach views. Staff were very responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Overall Ashworth 309 unit was nice. I liked the layout of the unit and the colors were great. The maintenance crew, especially Jeff was very helpful with any issue that we had.
Great place. Only complaint is the WIFI is sporadic at best.
Internet is too slow for regular use.
Everything is great. The woman in the office was so kind and helpful. The unit is clean, and everything in it is working great. We appreciate the kind Elliott Beach Rental staff; they are always very helpful.
We stayed in the Ashworth 309 for the month of February and we loved it. The condi was clean and very well taken care of. The maintenance crew are constantly cleaning and keeping the area clean and safe. The only draw back to the condo is not being able to see the sun rise coming up over the horizon, but with the beach so close we walked down to the beach. The location is ideal for walking into town or walking to the beach.
This condo was dated. Den furniture was not comfortable Master bedroom looked to be uncomfortable but it turned out the bed was very comfortable even though the bed frame looked liked a fold a way bed. It should have had a bed skirt and a comforter that properly covered the bed.. I gave 5 stars because Elliott was easy to work with and eager to send a cleaning person on a short notice. The location was perfect.
