Fell in love with location. The view is incredible. Love watching the sun rise from the balcony. Loved being close to everything.
We loved our stay at Beach Colony 1401. It is a really nice area of the beach. The condo kitchen is well equipped, and the property has really nice amenities. Our favorite thing about the condo is the master bedroom with access to balcony.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoy it very much. It is close to everything and the beach.
The best thing about the resort is the views. Amazing from master bedroom and off living room. During our stay the indoor pools hot tub fitness center and sauna were closed (which we were made aware of before our stay) even still it made the 2 outdoor pools and 1 hot tub very crowded. The onsite bar and restaurant are a very nice accommodation to have as well. We did go to the arcade which would be nice for small children. Over all it was a good trip.

We stayed in Beach Colony 1401. The beds are comfy, the space was clean. Great view. Great location. Great size for 2 adults 3 kids. Great amenities. Loved the the heated pools and hot tub. Perfect way to end the evenings, even though it was early 70s all week the first week of April. Rooms are outdated a little, and rusty areas. Our door hydraulic broke off just trying to open the door. Seems like a rough wind tunnel outside our door. None of this affected our stay. The kids loved all of it. 4/5 stars. Great family feels :) We would return!

Great stay had a great time
The view was great. All the admenties. We enjoyed the pools and the beach.
It was nice. Weather was great and the location was good. It was a little difficult to lock the door though
Overall a fantastic experience. Could not get the tv remotes to work in the spare bedroom but not a big deal as we spent most of ourntime in the living room. Clean place upon arrival and staff is super friendly.

Overall the location was great, the hotel was great, the beach was amazing! The room itself was exactly as pictured. The little shop, arcade, mini restaurant and bar, and all the pools were exactly as pictured and accessible. I would absolutely go back and wish we could have stayed longer.
This was our first time at Myrtle Beach and it was great waking up and being right on the ocean. Had plenty of outside lounging areas for people that were staying in the condo (outdoor/indoor pools, corn hole). It was an enjoyable and clean experience with minimal issues.
