Mattresses need to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. Not comfortable for sleeping or sitting especially with bad backs.
The property was exactly as described—peaceful, with a beautiful view, and exceptionally clean (which I greatly appreciated as someone who values cleanliness). The host was very responsive. Highly recommend
Condo was a nice setup for a good sized family, however beds need an upgrade.

Our rental was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described — even better in person! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. This was the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be booking with Elliott Beach Rentals again!
The queen mattress is terrible to sleep on.
Check in was easy once we found the right location to get the room keys & booking was easy

We enjoyed our stay, we loved that it slept eight but we would like more chairs for the family to sit in.
First time staying at Buena Vista, we had a wonderful time. Please replace mattresses, and update living room furniture. Would be nice to have another chair in living room. Beautiful area to visit. Plan to visit next year!
We enjoyed spending the month of January in Unit 808. It was nice, roomy and a fantastic ocean view. We had room for three of our kids to fly down and spend a few days with us. We had all the amenities necessary, plenty of room and easy beach access. The king size bed was great, the queen size and both twin beds could use updating, along with the couch in the living room (which is a pull-out bed), yet there was nothing that made our time there unpleasant There was plenty of free parking and the elevator was quick. It was such a beautiful view each morning to pull the curtains open and see the ocean from multiple windows. We would certainly stay in this unit again.
Great place would like to see more parking spots, and please replace the mattresses.
