Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

It has an eight bedroom, eight and one half bath layout that makes the space appealing and inviting for a large group of vacation guests. Coconut Cottage features an oceanfront view complete with a stunning sunrise for those who awake early enough to take in the breathtaking splashes of color across the horizon. There is a saltwater swimming pool (heated for a fee), a hot tub, an elevator as well as a game room, guests will have fun hanging out and visiting with one another right on the rental house grounds.
Just steps beyond the Coconut Cottage rental house, the beautiful landscape connects seamlessly to the spectacular oceanscape and so many more incredible entertainment options become available. From sand volleyball to sandcastles and from surfing to Jet Skiing, there is fun awaiting everyone at the beach.

Coconut Cottage was a great place for our group of 14 former college teammates. The place was clean and spacious. Pretty well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for the most part, a few were too soft, but overall good. The elevator was helpful since we are “mature adults, so taking luggage and supplies in the elevator was great. Plus, we had some people with mobility issues. Would definitely look in to staying here again!
