When you need to relax you will find that there is a Jacuzzi tub in this rental as well as a private oceanfront balcony where you can sit and soak up the soothing atmosphere. Please note that guests must park across the street from the condo building to avoid tow or ticket fees.

We stayed in Crescent Shores North Tower unit 401 and it was so wonderful! The room was super clean, plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. This unit is on the end which we really enjoyed! There are plenty of walkways to access the beach (4 I believe) and the kids loves the pools, hot tubs and lazy river! One of the coolest perks is the Ricciardis Italian Ice cart at the pool! We usually have to wait until a trip to Barefoot Landing or Broadway at the Beach for that delicious Italian ice, but having a cart right there at our pool was AWESOME! We also really liked having access to a gym and an indoor pool. Another plus, is that the banana boat stand is also really close to the Crescent Shores condo. There is also a pub located right next door that the men in our family enjoyed going too to play pool and darts. The parking garage is located across the street from the condo so make sure you don’t forget anything in your car! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation this year at Crescent Shores North Tower!
We stayed in Crescent Shores room 401 for our vacation week. This 4 bedroom 3 bath unit was perfect for our family of 10!! It is a very clean unit and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs!! It was also great we were able to get the 4 parking passes we needed. I would highly recommend the Crescent Shores # 401 to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation!!
Beautiful unit. Well appointed kitchen. Only issue is that the sheets provided do not fit the pillow top mattress.

Condo is well laid out with good furniture and clean. Love the staff they are very helpful. It is then that make my decision to book again with Elliott rentals
We stayed at Crescent Shores North 401. I was very satisfied with the unit. I will say I was under the impression with the linen package the beds would be made. Also it would be nice if hand towels and kitchen towels had been provided. The unit was nicely furnished and clean as was the complex in general.
We come back every year because we love North 401.

We spent Christmas here (5 adults, 1 tween) and it was very relaxing. The 4th floor view means you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The rooms are laid out so if someone has a headache, they don’t hear the family in the front room. A little strange to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels and trash bags. The check in office is on the 2nd floor not the first as instructed (European 1st). Good communication, managed by a company.
Enjoyed a long weekend with my 90-year old Dad and 3 of his nieces. Accommodations were immaculate, roomy, and perfect for family meals, relaxing and enjoying the oceanfront balcony. Crescent Shores made it easy for my Dad to navigate and be comfortable. Everyone associated with Crescent Shores and Elliott Realty was pleasant and helpful.

This is a beautiful condo. The rooms are extremely spacious! Everything is very up to date. There was plenty of seating room in the living area for all of us to gather and play games. BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean. Overall, it was a wonderful location and we would definitely stay here again.
Very pleased with the unit, the price is in our budget and we have already booked for 2024
