Holly Place 103 is the perfect location for a fun-filled family vacation, a close friend getaway, or a golf trip. You will feel at home at Holly Place 103, which has amenities that keep everyone comfortable and entertained. This four-bedroom, three-full-bath rental offers a home away from home for your trip. Holly Place 103 is in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach, putting guests close to the Atlantic Ocean, shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Bright colors make up warm and welcoming décor. The living room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony. Even though the unit is not oceanfront, you can still see the ocean from the balcony. The dining table sits between the living room and kitchen, beside the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar provides extra seating and a place to set up a buffet. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and ample counter space. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to keep up with laundry. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Holly Place 103 has spacious bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with balcony access. Central heat and air keep guests comfortable year-round. Stay entertained with flatscreen TVs and WIFI. Don’t forget to pack your tablet or laptop. Take pictures, share them with friends, and wait for the comments to pour in on social media. The best part of this beach condo is its proximity to the ocean, just 200 steps from the beach. Take a short walk and spend an entire day on the shore. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular - Sarah’s condo is in pristine shape and had all the amenities of a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this place!

We decided to head to the beach for our spring break and stayed at 103 Holly Place. The accommodations were perfect! Ample room for 7 of us including plenty of beds for everyone. The unit was clean, there were plenty of kitchen wares, the linen package was well worth it. The kids loved playing shuffle board and arcade games. We spent all of our time at the beach which is just a short walk from the unit itself. The location is perfect not to far from putt-putt, ice cream, gift shops, as well as grocery stores. Short drive to downtown areas both north and south Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back with my family.
We had an incredible vacation at this property with our three kids and our friends! Plenty of room for all nine people, very close to the beach with a convenient walkway, and everything you need is close by. Shuffleboard table was great entertainment and the place was well-stocked. You can tell the owners love this place and take great care of it! Highly recommend.
Excellent location! Walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Slept eight comfortably. Full house, but still quiet and felt spacious. Well furnished, cool games. We loved our trip!

The stay at the condo was excellent. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities that a family or a group of friends would need for a vacation. The kitchen has all up-to-date appliances and everything you would need to cook for a family and or friends; it also has shuffleboard and other games just in case the weather isn't cooperating. The best aspect is that the condo is just a few blocks from the beach, so going for a run or a stroll on the beach is super convenient. The condo was also walking distance to restaurants and bars. Can't wait to come back!
Great place. Clean. Spacious. Lots of comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Shuffleboard and Ms. Pac-Man are a fun touch. Great location. Short, easy walk to a great beach. Close to lots of fun restaurants and bars. Looking forward to visiting again and exploring the area more.
What a great find! The place was huge and clean, perfect for large families or group vacations! Great location too, you can walk to a beautiful beach with flat sand and no rocks. Restaurants everywhere, close to Barefoot Landing and so many great breakfast joints. They have tons of toys for kids and grownups alike. Felt like they had 50 beds! Ok, not that many, everyone was VERY comfortable. Definitely will be back!
Great Condo in a Great Location! Easy walk to the beach on a dedicated pathway. All 4 bedrooms rooms were newly furnished. Kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances. All the comforts of home let us to enjoy the vacation care free!
This property really exceeded our expectations. With views of the ocean from both balconies and a super easy walk, we didn't feel like we weren't 'ocean front'. The thoughtful little amenities were a great touch: Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, Ms. Pacman, etc. Clean and Stylish as well. Definitely will be back.
We had the most wonderful time at Dare to Dream after Christmas with our dear friends and their family. Each room was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. Our girls especially loved the full size and queen size beds and we had a friendly competition on who could get the highest score on Mrs. Pac-Man. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals each night. The balcony’s are roomy and provided a great place to read, drink coffee in the morning, and play cards and chat in the evening. Short walk to the beach and we even saw dolphins playing in the waves one day. One of our highlights was playing kickball on the beach. Great place and wonderful owners who are organized and responsive. We will be back!
