Great place. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Nice and clean.

Great stay, someone please check the hot water in the building it does not seem to get to this unit very well.
Very clean well maintained unit. Not too far from the beach. And reasonably priced. It was very quiet.
We love North Myrtle and the Kings Grant is so close to the beach, great restaurants, and lots of fun sites. We had a nice patio that had a view of the ocean. The place was clean .
Property is beautiful with a couple of curious exceptions … no access to a closet to hang your clothes in the master bedroom it is locked … I understand the owners need to secure the things but leaves us no option but to use the closet in the spare room which is a bit inconvenient when you are here for month … no hangers.. no dresser in second bedroom .. no mop to clean up spills in kitchen.
Its a beautiful unit, well decorated and in a great location, we would love to see an iron and ironing board.
Condo was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great—close to town and beach and very quiet.
