I rented South Hampton 203 for the month of January 2025. It is a lovely condo. One can tell it is a much loved and maintained condo. it is clean with nice furniture. The furniture is in good condition and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with what is needed to cook plus the dishes, cookware and utensils are in good condition.
The furniture, the dishes and the decor are lovely.
The location is great. There is not a charge for parking. I would rent this condo again.
