Description
Located in Myrtle Beach, SC is Ocean Forest Villas 113D. This condo is well maintained with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Life is good at the Ocean Forest Villas Resort, but it is even better at the beach. Cross the street and sand will be making its way between your toes within minutes. This oceanside resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool on the premises for guests to use during their stay. You will never be bored at this seaside resort.
You don’t have to go out to eat every day when you stay at Ocean Forest Villas 113D. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a Keurig coffeemaker. There is also a dining table and a breakfast bar with extra seating. An in-unit washer and dryer are useful for keeping up with a growing pile of laundry. Stay connected with friends and family via social media using the complimentary WIFI. It is also useful for checking work email and if you must work on vacation, then there is no better place than working by the beach. There are three flatscreen TVs and the one in the living room is a 55’ smart TV. Escape the hot summer days with central air conditioning and use the heat if you happen to be visiting during colder months. Ocean Forest Villas 113D is available for monthly winter rentals.
Beyond the resort and just steps from Ocean Forest Villas 113D is the shore. You can see the ocean from the private balcony and master bedroom. When the beach tugs at your heartstrings, give in and let it take you away. Stroll down the coastline or build a sandcastle as you soak in the sunshine. Rent a charter boat, and ride into the deep blue. Try your hand at a Jet Ski or your balance at surfing. Parasail with the seagulls and glide over the ocean. If you like this vantage point, you may also enjoy a helicopter ride. After a day at the beach, head back to the condo and use the charcoal grill to cook a dinner of juicy burgers, fresh vegetable kabobs, or succulent seafood. The kids can play on the oceanfront playground as you prepare dinner. If you need a break from the ocean, head to the outdoor pool for a refreshing dip in calm waters. Soak achy muscles and sore feet in the large outdoor hot tub. Make sure the kids use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before hopping into the shallow kiddie pool. There is so much to do at the resort!
Myrtle Beach is full of amusements and attractions. Venture away from the resort grounds and find an array of shopping venues and world championship golf courses. From beach stores to golf shops, everyone can enjoy what they most like to see and do. There are community museums, tribute shows, community theaters, comedy clubs, dinner cruises, fine dining restaurants and so much more. Hammock Shops Village and Downtown Conway are neat spots to visit during your beach vacation getaway. Historic Georgetown is another recommendation for your itinerary. This is our fifth year in a row staying with our family in this condo. It's become like our home away from home. Where we park we can us the ramp. Our kids are familiar with the condo and are comfortable. The in condo washer/dryer is amazing amenity. We love making forever memories here! Always thankful for this place!
We have been staying in this condo for five years. It is always well kept and very clean. We will be returning to it again next year!
We definitely enjoyed our stay with Ocean Forest Villas again. I love this place. Its so peaceful and all the guests are so friendly. Everything is with distant. If you want a great gryo try Brothers grill and for great pizza AJs pizza.

The property was beautiful, the owners left so much helpful information. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our view was amazing. Check in and check out were so simple. An amazing experience!

We have stayed at Ocean Forest Villas for years and it never disappoints. The location can’t be beat. The beach is private and almost never crowded and you’re close to Bearfoot Landing, Broadway and all the seafood restaurants.
This is our second year staying at Ocean Forest Villas, unit 113 D, Love this unit very clean and up to date, so glad to see a King size bed in main bedroom, and very appreciative that there is washer & dryer in unit, there is a couple of things, we don’t like plastic dishes, so we brought our own non plastic dishes, and found the sofa very uncomfortable, but these issues are very minor, and we can adapt, hopefully we may come back for 2026
Really enjoyed staying in a cozy condo only a minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed that the beach was fairly private and not crowded, definitely not directly in the touristy part of Myrtle Beach. There were still a ton of restaurants and activities very close by; a lot to do there besides just the beach. Perfect blend of peace and privacy with a short distance to great food and fun places to explore.
Great beach vacation! Walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes or stay at the pool just outside the balcony. Enough room for all five of us to spread out. Close to restaurants, grocery and entertainment. Clean and easy check in and out. No issues at all during our stay. Would stay again.
