This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
If you are looking for a cozy beach home to rent for your South Carolina vacation, Ocean Grove 305 is a fabulous choice. Located just a three-minute walk from the Atlantic, this beach house gives you privacy and a prime location in North Myrtle Beach.
Ocean Grove 305 is found in the Windy Lane section of North Myrtle Beach. This lovely rental home has three bedrooms and two baths. This rental house is decorated with a great sense of southern, nautical flare. Each room is unique and inviting. Flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players will keep the kids happy since they can each pick their own movies at the same time. The home is also equipped with WIFI so you need not feel disconnected from your digital resources while enjoying your vacation.
After a long day of sun and sand in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, step onto the covered porch of your beach house to enjoy a peaceful South Carolina evening. Perhaps you will want to take a nighttime swim in the outdoor community pool or a soak in the hot tub The little ones can enjoy the kiddie pool as well.
If the fisherman in you plans on angling the surf or creeks, you might want to fire up the grill back at Ocean Grove 305 and show off your big South Carolina catch á la carte And if you brought some of the sandy shore back with you, there is no need to track it inside. The outside shower will give you an easy way to rinse off the salt and sand. The washer and dryer in your beach rental will take the complication out of the equation when trying to handle wet and sandy towels.
