Clean and a very nice place to stay, needs some upgrades!
We just love it! Price and location cannot be better! This condo has everything you need for a beach go away. I can't say enough about the view, its just very relaxing. Walking distance to Wal-Mart Neighborhood is a plus. I would only suggest a bit of upgrading to the washroom, other than that it is perfect! Thank you
We had a great time in this small but functional studio. Pictures very accurately depict actual decor. Shower needs a little work as it was difficult to get cold water. Deck a little small but we made it work! Awesome views!!!
We did enjoy our stay, we go to Myrtle Beach every September. The room was nice, a little smaller than we thought it would be but nice. The balcony is very small. We did enjoy our time and it was nice that there were already beach chairs for us to use there, although we did use our own but if we needed to there were some in the closet.
Perfect size for 2 people. The bed was not comfortable. Parking situation is nice, pools were nice. Overall good place to stay if it's just 2 people.

If I could rate this 100 stars I would!! Amazing staff at Elliott Beach Rentals and an amazing room! We ALWAYS stay at The Palace every year and this was the absolute best experience so far❤️ So impressed !! Room was super cute and the view was breathtaking!! I didn't want to leave!! Will never book any other way again! My daughter and I loved our 6 night stay!! Thank you to Elliott Beach Rentals!!

Nice place to stay
Location is great, right on the beach away from the "midway/attraction" area but close enough to walk, lots of food choices nearby for those meals out and a basic restaurant on site
Best friend trip, Beautiful condo, amazing location absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do on our get away. I will book this condo again soon
The building is older , but kept up pretty good and is clean. Security is present which gives peace of mind. Great location and that view was out of this world. The condo is cute, and looks exactly as pictured. I would stay here again but wish it had storage, It was perfect for me and my grandsons and we made a lot of memories and at the end of the vacation that is what mattered and we appreciated the condo! Oh I almost forgot, it could use a pizza pan and pizza cutter lol
