This place was great. The only downside was no elevator but that was my fault for not seeing the note on the listing. Truly great place and hopefully we can stay here again.
Beautiful and easy access to the beach. The steps are tough for some, but great for movement and really not that bad. Everything in the unit was good. After staying down here 15 years, I can say this unit had the best and most consistent AC.

We enjoyed our stay at 308 Palmwood Villas. We’ve stayed at this unit before and appreciate all of the updates that were made since our last visit. This is one of our favorite vacation spots and look forward to coming again
Place is a little smaller than anticipated but definitely works for our stay. The unit is really nice and comfortable, we had to get used to climbing the 3 flights of stairs because there is no elevator, the ocean view from the unit is amazing , pool was really nice and well kept . Parking was convenient. It suited us well for our stay.
The place was beautiful, I loved the space inside, the view outside. The window in the living room with the ability to see the beach was the best! I would rent this place again 100 percent!
Palmwood 308 was absolutely beautiful. I have stayed in many different condos at Palmwood villas over the past 30 years and this condo was by far the cleanest, most updated, and beautiful condo yet. We had an amazing time with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation!

We rented multiple units for our family gathering and enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay at this property! The location was wonderful, and it was stocked with most of what we needed. Even the neighbors were super friendly, which made the experience even better. Of course, the stairs tried to get the best of us 😄, but we managed! A few small things would’ve made the stay even better: we had an iron but no ironing board, the pull-out couch wasn’t usable, and we could’ve used some dish towels. A blender would’ve been nice too—but that was more of a personal preference than a necessity. Overall, a lovely place in a great spot—we really enjoyed our time here!
This unit was recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!
