This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

If you want a stay in a channel front house where you can relax and rejuvenate away from the stressors of everyday life Peddlers Post will be just the rental for you. Don't forget to bring along your favorite furry friend as this channel house is pet friendly with a $300 refundable deposit!
Peddlers Post has four bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Front porch with a seating area and rocking chairs to enjoy the evening watching the sun set. Full size kitchen , washer and dryer. Outside shower, grill, and hot tub all for an evening of fun and winding down time with the family.

The city of North Myrtle Beach is comprised of four previously independent beaches; Crescent Beach, Windy Hill Beach, Ocean Drive Beach, and Cherry Grove, with almost nine miles of oceanfront beach as well as the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier.
