Roxanne Towers is a lovely oceanfront resort in the great locale of Myrtle Beach. This famous beach city needs no introduction. Located on North Ocean Boulevard, Roxanne Towers 706 puts you near just about everything in Myrtle Beach. You can walk to the inspiring SkyWheel, which is one of the most popular rides on the strip. The climate controlled gondolas take you high above the southern shore, day or night, to enjoy the beauties of the coast as the seagull sees it. A stroll along North Ocean Boulevard also takes you to dozens of restaurants which will be happy to delight you with a traditional South Carolina seafood platter.
Cooking at your rental condo is always a comfortable choice as well. Roxanne Towers 706 is prepared to suit your needs and wishes, and if you so wish to serve up Cheerios for breakfast and fish sticks for lunch, the fully equipped kitchen in your rental condo will facilitate it. The coffee maker might be a welcome site for those who would appreciate a hot brew on the oceanfront balcony. Vacation the right way as you eat breakfast while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.
From your oceanfront balcony, you can see the many swimming venues at the resort. A lazy river, kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor pools are all available to resort guests. A freshwater swim is often a nice way to finish off a day of salt and sun at the beach. The convenience of an outside shower makes that transition all the more easier. And nothing makes you feel more at home while on vacation than access to a private washer and dryer in your condo. Our group loved our stay at Roxanne Towers! Excellent location in downtown Myrtle Beach within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.
Stayed here for our trip to Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed it! The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The ocean view was amazing and definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

The staff at Roxane towers let the kids swim in the pool until the room was ready Barbara was amazing my grandson got lost for 2 hours she kept me calm and helped me the whole time and the staff was so helpful the room was amazing clean and beautiful thank you again Barbara you are wonderful I will stay at Roxanne tower again
It's a nicely maintained older building that's close to the Boardwalk and the Skywheel. Excellent access to the beach and the small balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean view.
The kitchen was equipped well with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven. The ready access to the beach was the biggest plus.
Our stay at Roxanne‘s towers was excellent. The service provided was awesome. The room was clean. Everything was exactly as stated online. Checking in was easy as well as checking out was easy. I recommend this for a quick getaway for your family and friends.

Very nice unit. Great location. Loved being right by the water. The hallways and reception area were a little run down and not super clean, so didn’t give a great first impression. But was really great over all.

The unit was very clean and in a great location. Getting in and out was quite easy. The bathrooms were excellent.
Our little home away from home was perfect for our family. Prime location, beautiful view and tons of stuff to keep everyone busy when we weren’t on the beach. Elliot staff made the check in/out process easy, were friendly and prompt to respond when reaching out to them. We will most definitely be returning. Cleanliness of the property. Everything else was perfect.
