I had an amazing time with my friends and family. Everything was amazing here and felt very comfortable and relaxed while staying here.
I love the Royal. We have been staying here for years. I was disappointed the dishwasher was not emptied and the room at the back with a Jack Jill had stains on the comforter. The negative were far outweighed by the convenience, cost and sounds of the ocean.
Remodeling needs to happen. The carpet should be changed as well as the wood paneling
We loved the location, with 3 bathrooms available, 2 king-sized beds, and a Florida Room.
We love the house. Have been renting for a number of years now. There are things that could be updated cosmetically.
We stayed in Roy-Al during the week of May24-31. It was in the perfect location, just steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
This is our fourth year staying at this wonderful house. Would have been our fifth year only that I waited too late two years ago and the property was not available at the time we needed it. The property is always clean inside and out. It is an older charming home. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners last year. The property has a wonderful history. If anyone is looking for a place with very few steps and even has a handicap ramp that’s right on the beach, this is the house. We are so thankful and count it a blessing to have the opportunity to stay at the Roy-Al. Elliott Rentals are some of the best!!!! They are highly professional and some of the friendliest people you will ever deal with! What a joy!
The location and atmosphere is wonderful. There's a huge soft spot in the kitchen floor with three tears in the linoleum from the soft spot. I reported it to Elliott as soon as we arrived.
Enjoyed the cottage. Ocean front. I use to stay in this cottage growing up as a child (15 years). Just few steps from pier i lived on that pier. Found it available and glad we did. Great week nice stay. Will return thanks. Chip Morton
