The Sand Dunes Resort 705 is a three-bedroom, two-bath rental condo where 12 beach vacation guests can feel right at home in this lovely and welcoming resort property. Four flat-screen TVs, central heat and air, granite countertops, new beds in 2016, wireless Internet and a washer and dryer in the unit are creature comforts of home that you will appreciate during your stay. The Sand Dunes Resort also offers guests a business center, an elevator, a game room, a grass patio with picnic area, a gym for an additional expense, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a kiddie pool and lazy river, Mangos Restaurants, an outside shower, a pizza parlor and ice cream shop as well as a close proximity to Myrtle Beach, SC restaurants. The ocean views are amazing as well.
Take a stroll down the beach across the Atlantic coastline as the tide rolls in. Build a sandcastle or pick up pretty seashells during your vacation stay. Serve up a friendly game of sand volleyball on the soft sand. Jump in the waves to cool off and be refreshed. Enjoy riding a Jet Ski or taking a kayak out for a cruise. Have fun walking down the seashore on horseback as you relax and are surrounded by tropical ambiance.

Beds are not comfortable
The condo is nice but the parking garage is a horrible mess!
Very nice and roomy. Good communication.
The Unit was in a nice location and the facility was getting upgrades. Personnel was nice.
Overall the stay was really good. Linens were really clean and plentiful. We only used some of them. We would go back again.
Excellent place, you feel at home, highly recommended, just a few steps from the beach, very nice to enjoy a pleasant vacation.
Everything was expected, we had a good time.
I loved it because it was very close to the beach. The condo had everything from a washer and dryer to pots to cook, everything was very well organized!! There were no cockroaches or bedbugs or anything!!! Everything very beautiful!!! I would rent again next year if my vacation was to Myrtle beach.

Great stay for the value and customer service. The place itself had plenty of space for our family and truly accommodated 12 guests as listed. However, it could use a few more kitchen supplies and little upkeep. Upon arriving, we had a few issues. However, Elliott Beach Rentals were super responsive in getting those repaired the very next day. We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was amazing during sunrise and the resort amenities was a perk especially for our kids. They loved how close the beach was, playing at the little arcade next to the convenience store and getting ice cream at the shop. Thanks again to Elliott Beach Rentals for the great customer service!
My stay was great, I felt right at home.
It was perfect for my family. Enough space for all of us. Kid friends and is kept very clean.
