This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A luxury rental awaits you and your vacationing gang in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Savage Sands is a gorgeous beach house that is large enough to host your next family reunion or multi-family getaway. With only one block between the house and the sand, this beach house situates you with nearly instant access to the beach.
Savage Sands is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Its six bedrooms and five and one half baths, easily accommodate a large family of vacationers. With eight parking sapces, there is a place for everyone to park, and the elevator is a welcome amenity for those that find stairs to be a challenge.
Just a short walk will have you at the beach where you can spend the entire day building sandcastles and tanning on the shore. The immaculately manicured lawn at the beach rental is also a great spot to tan. With the pool at your side, you can take hourly breaks to take a dip in the cool water. Perhaps someone in your vacationing troupe will follow the urge to light up the charcoal grill. Enjoy a meal with the whole gang on the pool deck, at the dinner table and breakfast bar, or out on the deck.
Late evenings might lead you-all to strike up a game of billiards on the pool table, or find out who is the champion of the Wii gaming system. Savage Sands is just packed with things to do, entertaining your vacationing party through their entire stay. Of course, there is lots of fun to be had out in the town of North Myrtle Beach as well.

We loved this house , the size was perfect for a family of 15 , including 7 children ages 2-12 . The beach is walking distance from the house and close to many attractions. Our family had a perfect vacation! Would definitely rent again .
Hot tub was not working when we arrived but Elliott Realty came and fixed it right away. Beautiful stay.
We visited Myrtle Beach for a group golf trip and our accommodations were PERFECT!!! The house matches the listing to a T. All the amenities, the location, the space was perfect for our group!!
Our stay was really enjoyable. There were some issues with the spa but Elliot was on top of it and it was fixed and we really enjoyed it.

Nice big house was perfect for our 5 families. Short walk to the beach. Nice hot tub & pool.
This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our extend family. It was perfect distance from the beach. We also rented a golf cart for the week to explore cherry grove. Our children loved the lights in the pool. We will be returning.
House is lovely, beautifully decorated. Well laid out. Proximity to beach was great. Quiet area.
