This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This neighborhood is known for being quiet, and you will find peace and serenity at this beautiful location. You will have all the comforts of home, but you’ll only be blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Four parking passes are provided with this rental. Vacate and escape the stress of everyday life when you stay at Sayin’ Something.

There is a separate living room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of space, a comfortable wraparound couch, and a 60’ smart TV. This space calls out for you and your family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. This kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and large pantry for storing all your favorite snacks. Don’t forget to bring coffee pods for the Keurig coffeemaker. There is also a dining table in the corner. Other amenities include central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and complimentary WIFI. Entertainment is not hard to find at Sayin’ Something. You can also breathe easy knowing that the house has a non-smoking policy.

Each bedroom is set up for a good night’s sleep and has a space for you to unpack. You don’t have to live out of your suitcase. If you need some time alone, step out onto the private balcony and enjoy the second-story view of Cherry Grove. Wake up with the birds and watch the sky brighten with orange, pink, and yellow colors. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail while you sit and enjoy the breeze from this private perch. There are chairs in the carport space. Gather outside with family while the stars come out in the South Carolina night sky and share stories, making memories to last a lifetime.

There is plenty to do and see in North Myrtle Beach. Cherry Grove has restaurants, watersports, shops, and a mini-golf course. The proximity to the beach is a bonus as you will be just a short walk away from golden sands and hypnotizing waves. Explore the marsh and go on a kayaking excursion. Spend a day at the Cherry Grove Pier and catch dinner. Take advantage of the two-story observation deck and take pictures. You may also see ships sailing by, porpoises, and sea turtles. Also close by is the ever-popular Barefoot Landing. You will have almost endless choices of places to shop with over 100 stores. At night, catch a show at the House of Blues or visit one of the beach clubs on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. You can usually hear live beach music.
