This condo also works great for our handicapped guests, which includes a roll-in shower, roll-under bathroom sink, two name brand lift chairs/recliners, fully electric hospital bed, shower chair/commode, and a ramp to access the beautiful ocean-front balcony. The balcony is generously furnished with a high-end sofa, loveseat/slider, tables and chairs. It’s also a great family-friendly unit with all the necessary amenities, such as 4K Smart TV's in all the rooms. A fully loaded kitchen with granite countertops and full-size appliances is perfect for homemade meals and snacks. Free WIFI is also included with this package stay as well as a washer and clothes dryer and oceanfront balcony. The oceanfront master bedroom also allows guests the freedom to relax in bed with picturesque views of the ocean and delightful warm ocean air breezes. Monthly winter rentals are now available. Nice accommodation, plenty of cooking utensils, glassware, silverware and dishes. Happy to find plenty of hangers in all bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice large pool that you can step down into, nice hot tub and lazy river. The thing we like too is the amount of shaded areas around the pool.
