Updated in the spring of 2023, Southshore Villas 903 has updated amenities that are sure to please. This non-smoking unit also offers monthly winter rentals. Southshore Villas also has a lot to offer in the way of water amenities. The best part is that the Atlantic Ocean is in your front yard. You can experience it from the privacy of the condo, or you can walk down and feel the sand between your toes.
The great room at Southshore Villas 903 is decorated with light colors of white and cream. It is also spacious and bright due to the floor to ceiling sliding glass door. Step out onto the balcony and you can see miles of the Grand Strand. The horizon is endless from this ninth-floor vantage point. Sit in one of the rocking chairs while watching a stunning sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Treat yourself to your favorite homecooked meals. You will love cooking in the updated kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, and storage space. There is a breakfast bar that opens to the rest of the room so you can cook and still talk to everyone. Central heating and air will cool down the entire condo during the dog days of summer and warm you up during cooler months. The washer and dryer are stored in a closet out of sight. For entertainment you will find three flatscreen TVs with DVD players. You can choose a movie from a variety of DVDs or there are also board games. You will have a blast at this lovely condo.
Head outdoors and spend some much needed time on the beautiful beach. You are so close that you can go walking on the beach at any time. Take a morning stroll and watch a South Carolina sunrise. Watching the sun climb into the sky over the ocean is a breathtaking experience. Set up an umbrella and spend the entire day relaxing in the sun. There are all kinds of activities including swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, seashell hunting, and more!
Explore all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer during your vacation. Not having to cook is one thing most people enjoy while on vacation. Visit one of over 1500 restaurants in the area and try all kinds of food, from fresh seafood to burgers and everything in between. There is plenty of shopping to be found in the area. Stroll in and out of souvenir shops on Main Street or visit one of the specialty boutiques at Barefoot Landing. Spend an evening in a show at the Alabama Theatre or a concert at the House of Blues. Check-in to Southshore Villas 903 with Elliott Rentals was very easy and the perfect oceanfront staycation. Waking up to the sunrise from the 9th floor and enjoying a cup of coffee from the modern kitchen with Keurig coffee maker was refreshing. Watching the pelicans flying above the waves and the dolphins playing in the surf from the rocking chairs on the large private oceanfront balcony was therapeutic. South shore Villas has very nice amenities including outdoor hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We were minutes from shopping, entertainment and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the Myrtle Beach Mall are all within minutes. Sunsets over the Grand Strand are the perfect postcard
