This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Is the beach your happy place? If so, be sure to check out Summer Salt, a vacation rental house in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located a few rows from the beach, it is just a short walk to the white sandy shoreline, which will provide hours of fun in the sun.
Easily accommodating up to eight guests, Summer Salt has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This vacation rental house has many upgrades that are sure to give you the luxury you are looking for. Summer Salt boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen; and hardwood flooring throughout the main living space. The furnishings are nice and will provide comfort for the whole family.
A gas grill and outdoor dining furniture give this house the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living space. After a long day at the beach, relax in the central air-cooled space, perhaps enjoying a moving on the DVD player and one of the large flat screen TVs Summer Salt has to offer. The rental house also features an outdoor shower which will help keep the interior sand-free. Feel free to pack lightly, the house has a washer and dryer, so you can do as much laundry as you like. Keeping up with social media is easy with wireless Internet available, as well. All the creature comforts of home await you at Summer Salt rental house in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Windy Hill is part of the Grand Strand in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and has several options for adventure and entertainment. You can rent paddle boats, go horseback riding, see live tigers, do some shopping or attend a live show. All of that and more is very close to your vacation rental house. Whether you take a picnic to the beach, have a BBQ at the house or want to have a night out, you are sure to find everything you need to build memories of a life time at Summer Salt.
This rental house is only available to families. The good news is that if your dog is under 35 pounds, he is welcome to join the family vacation. There is a refundable pet deposit.
