Awesome vacation for a family of six.
Overall, we had a great 😊 time! Location is GREAT❣️❣️❣️ Security & direction to unload on a Saturday was absolutely amazing 🤩 The staff & patrons we encountered here were beyond incredibly nice, helpful, respectful… I can honestly say that we never left an elevator without someone wishing us well or v/s❣️ Washer & Dryer work amazingly well! Ocean view is absolutely beautiful… we couldn’t remember it being so blue this close❣️ Walking on the beach & “shell searching” was always Fun! We couldn’t remember seeing so many shells on previous stays in the area! At low tide, in this area, there are amazing tide pools that go to about 3ft or so… hello 👋 Ocean with no undertow❣️ This visit was for our 24th anniversary & we enjoyed every moment❣️ Oh! Totally visit Villa Toscana if you have a special occasion… they have been a favorite 😍 of ours for years❣️🥰

We actually Loved 🥰 our stay❣️ However, the condo could use some maintenance. It would be great if they could leave a reference sheet letting renters know the WiFi address & that it takes a min to connect, once connected enter your info. To complete connection, up to 5 connections allowed for free. It would also be great if they left some instructions for the TVs, we couldn’t get the one in the bedroom to even turn on & the living room one didn’t want to do cable or local. Communication via text is Awesome 🤩 Fast & Friendly response to our question!! Check in was busy but smooth & everyone was patient & Amazingly Kind!! I even observed one team member patiently instructing an older renter on using the locks❣️
The housekeepers did an excellent job of getting our room clean & spotless. We have always used Elliott realty for our yearly trips to Myrtle Beach and we have never been disappointed all of you do an excellent job every time.
The heating was way off balance, showed 73 inside but I had it set way lower. Felt it was too cool outside for AC but ended up having to go that route.
We checked into this amazing building filled with excitement. The locations and amenities are exactly what we wanted. The leather couches had some wear and tear but that's typical.
