The dining table seats seven, with additional seating available at the kitchen island counter. A half bathroom is on the first floor near the garage/front door.
Enjoy this golfer’s dream in the 10X10 covered and screened patio with seating as well as an additional uncovered patio with a gas grill overlooking the driving range.
The home’s second level has a large primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV and a attached bathroom. Also on the second level are two additional bedrooms that mirror each other with a queen bed in each and USB plug ins around each nightstand and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The expansive third level boasts another large suite with a king bed, bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has sturdy locally made furniture. Smart TVs are included in all the 4 bedrooms.
Ample parking space for 4 to 5 vehicles on the driveway. You will also have access to the sprawling North Tower swimming pool and the Barefoot Shuttle to the beach during the summer months. The hot tub by the pool is open and available year round, within the community. The Barefoot community is also home to four of the best golf courses along the Grand Strand area. The property is conveniently located near the club house, and also just steps away from the Putter’s Pub bar and grill. Practice facilities at the driving range include a putting green and chipping green.
Barefoot Resort is located along the intercoastal waterway, and just across the bridge is Barefoot Landing, where you can spend all day shopping and dining. Eexplore a variety of shops; indulge in delicious meals in restaurants like Flying Fish, Greg Norman’s Australian Grill; catch a captivating show at the Alabama Theatre; relax at Duplin Winery with a glass of wine; or savor a craft beer at Crooked Hammock. My family and I absolutely adored this gorgeous home, it was very spacious, very clean and we loved everything about it. I do recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable price to pay and a gorgeous home to stay in while on vacation. I felt very much at home these past two days. I will absolutely be staying here again ❤️ Thank you guys for everything as well!
