Description
Xanadu II 105 is located in a beautifully appointed high-rise in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo can accommodate your family members comfortably and with style. The youth will, no doubt, especially love the bunk beds. The kitchen with its own sitting spot, dining area and living room are unified with light colored tile flooring that makes these spaces feel bright and airy.
Xanadu II 105 offers guests central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi bathtub, an oceanfront balcony that offers a spectacular view of the coast. A beach umbrella, lawn chairs and a beach trolley to transport the chairs can be found in the storage unit of this rental. For the electronic minded individuals, Xanadu II 105 provides family members with WIFI access, HDTV with extended cable, free Vonage as well as HBO and Showtime. Flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players are available; so when you are hanging out in the rental condo you can Facebook, email and watch a movie together while the aroma of butter popcorn drifts through the air.
Take a short walk to the beach from the rental condo and enjoy the shore, sunshine and surf. There is also a nearby pier that the fishermen in your family are certain to enjoy. Beyond the beach and pier, during your stay at Xanadu II 105 be sure to use the outdoor swimming pool at the high rise and play Monkey in the Middle or Marco Polo. Then, beyond the pool, enjoy some of the many things to do that are available in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Barefoot Landing has some great shops and dining establishments. There are wonderful golf courses in the region as well as amazing theater performances, boat excursions and festivals.

Xanadu II #105! To the Cooke family. Thank you for sharing a wonderful location for our yearly family getaway. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and much appreciated because we do like to cook most of our dinners. We loved how close we felt to the beach on the balcony. The suction cup shower handle was amazing and a much needed accessory for our disabled daughter to use in the shower. We've already ordered some for our home. The furniture and walls are weathered but still a very comfortable experience. The only thing that we really needed were bath mats. The floors are slippery without them after a shower. We used bath towels instead but those are not ideal. Thank you for sharing your home with us. To Elliott, the facility made for the perfect location for our getaway. The facility was not over crowded with guest so the parking worked out well with our guest who required a wheelchair. The facility is older/worn but your staff does a great job keeping it tidy. Our only complaint would be the linen service. It's simply not worth the cost. So to any future guest looking to rent this place, go for it!! You will enjoy it. Just bring your own linens and bath towels. We have been coming to Cherry Grove/NMB for decades and it never disappoints us. Until next time, The Mason's.
