Description
This popular oceanfront condominium is a spacious 1300 square foot condo, with two bedroom sand full baths at opposite ends of the condo. The dining room table generously seats everyone. There is also an eating table in the well-equipped kitchen. Xanadu II 304 is beautifully furnished and has a Jacuzzi bathtub for your relaxation. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo.
Enjoy the ocean breeze, crashing waves, and a combination of sun and shade from the comfortable furniture on the large oceanfront balcony. The balcony has a spectacular view in three directions. The swimming pool is oceanfront and just a few steps away from wide sandy beach for sunning, splashing, long walks and bike rides.
In close proximity to Xanadu II 304, you can see and visit the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. North Myrtle Beach's famous live entertainment, award-winning restaurants, waterfront shopping and championship golf are only minutes away.

The Condo Xanadu 2 room 304 was wonderful. Very clean. Great view of the ocean. Check in with Elliott's rentals is always smooth.
This was our 3rd 2 week stay in Xanadu ll 304. Really like the layout of the condo, and the ocean views from the living room, kitchen and MBR. Love the L shaped balcony and new porch furniture. In Oct. - Nov. you can see both a sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Very comfortable condo and MBR bed is comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped. Always seems clean and even the laundry room is neat n clean. My wife really enjoys the double love seat chair in the LR to lay and read. Wifi and TVs work well, LR TV is quite fancy with lots of options. Always enjoy our stays at this condo. Also enjoy our two favorite restaurants, Hoskins and The Shack. Always a good stary at Cherry Grove and this condo.
My late husband and I stayed here in 2017, that was our last vacation together, he passed away in 2019 The memories I have with this unit will never fade. I thank you for opening up your home to me on our anniversary and on my birthday which is the date I departed to go home. I loved the feeling of knowing he was with me during my stay and it made it more of a time away from everyday ciaos.

Walking in for the first time we felt right at home. The furniture, layout can't make you feel more comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and detail labels so you don't have double think. The the unit has views of the beach everywhere you look...as this what we really loved. Hoping to stay again next summer!!!

I have used Elliott several times and this was the best condo I have stayed to this point. Great view of the ocean very comfortable and convenient. Best week ever this past year. Always a pleasure dealing with Elliott Beach Rentals and Xanadu II was awesome!
We have had a wonderful week of relaxation with our friends in this beautiful & fully stocked condo. We hate to leave. The access to the beach was perfect & we really enjoyed watching the sunrise while enjoying our coffee on the balcony.I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant getaway. Elliott Reality was very easy to work with.
