This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Pet friendly, with four bedrooms and two baths, All Decked Out is a delightful beach house located a few rows from the oceanfront in the popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. A $300 refundable security deposit means your furry friend under 10 pounds may enjoy your North Myrtle Beach vacation with you. You will be away from the hubbub of the high rise towers, yet you are not far from the beach and the mélange of attractions that beckon folks to this South Carolina American playground.
Central heat and air provide year round comfort at your house rental, but your guests will likely spill out onto the large covered deck that invites plenty of outdoor fun. Enjoy the salty ocean breeze blowing in from the beach as you enjoy special time together. We very much enjoyed our first time using Elliott. All Decked Out was a great property. Pool was super nice, and there was plenty of room for sitting outside both upstairs and downstairs. The only drawback we experienced was accessing the upstairs bathroom. You had to go through one of the two upstairs bedrooms in order to access it. The kitchen and living room were both upstairs also, so it was the highest traffic area for us. That was the lone drawback. Communication from Elliot was very good, as we constantly got text updates.
What a super fun house. sooo close to the beach. can hear the wave crash from the front massive deck. will be going back this year to enjoy the new pool .so many things to see and do in walking distance no need for car once you arrive!!
