Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This charming seven bedroom, eight and one half bath vacation house is located on the second row. Your guests can walk to the beach to comb for shells or take a cool dip in the outdoor pool with outside shower at this welcoming rental. It is the ideal South Carolina oasis for a family reunion, retreat, or perhaps a vacation for golf buddies.
Decorated in soft soothing hues, this is a house where you can play and relax until your heart is content. Put on your competitive hat at the pool table in the game room, then unwind in the salty South Carolina breeze on one of the balconies. My family and I have been renting luxury beach houses for over 20 years and this home is the best we have ever rented! The house itself is gorgeous and the attention to details (crown moldings and 15 foot ceilings on every floor), beautifully decorated, comfortable beds (not the cheapest mattresses owners usually purchase) and the incredibly well stocked gourmet kitchen was pleasantly surprising. Every bedroom had a full bathroom and decks off them all that allowed ocean views from the front and pretty views of Cherry Grove an the pool from the back decks. All three front decks had wooden rocking chairs and tables , not the cheap plastic kind you sometimes get with theses rentals. We will definitely be back!
