This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Enjoy the charm of Cherry Grove at Antigua Sunrise, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home in North Myrtle Beach. This pet-friendly coastal retreat features a private outdoor swimming pool, comfortable living spaces, and a convenient location near the Atlantic shoreline.
Inside, wood flooring and cozy furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator for storing groceries and ingredients for family meals. Wooden cabinetry provides storage, while the kitchen layout offers room for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Five flat screen televisions provide entertainment throughout the home, and the bedrooms include three king beds and a room with two sets of bunk beds. Wi-Fi and an in-home washer and dryer add everyday convenience.
Outside, relax beside the swimming pool, which offers optional heating, or enjoy the outdoor living area. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after beach outings convenient. With nearby access to Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, restaurants, and shopping, Antigua Sunrise offers a comfortable North Myrtle Beach vacation experience.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. The brownies the owner gave us were so sweet…. And delicious.
Very nice house and wonderful pool. Well maintained and clean . Would choose this facility again.
Very nice home in a great location, would definitely rent again. Lot of parking. Only down fall, kitchen and main entertainment floor is top floor

Overall, a great house. They need some kitchen upgrades such as more silverware and a knife set or block. They have hired a great pool cleaning company, as they come 6 days a week. Would stay here again!
Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It was our 1st time staying in. Cherry Grove. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house fit us perfectly. My grandkids loved having the pool to themselves. We would recommend it. We're thinking about booking again next year.

There's a dent in the wall from the front door. I took a photo, but other than that, it's a great property!
The location of this beach rental is truly ideal—easy walk to the beach and close to everything you could want during a coastal getaway.
We loved the house location near the beach, layout of house very nice and pool was awesome I’m glad we had the pool heated! The brownies were a nice surprise on check-in. 1st day Ice/water in frig didn’t work repairman Jim came at 6 to repair he believed new filter previously installed was put in improperly. He also changed flickering light bulb in master shower. Master needs drapes that cover window!
We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the Antigua Sunrise! My only recommendation would be to restock it with more silverware. There were only 6 forks in the drawer. But overall we had a lovely time!
Better directions for the TVs. No idea how to work them.
The house was very clean but the most impressive was the speed and attentiveness which we received when the TV's would not work someone was there very quickly and fixed the problem. Also well into the week the AC stopped working and again when we called there was someone there in a matter of minutes to fix it and thanks to Rick we were up and running very shortly. The staff that handles the problem calls are extremely efficient and professional especial Nick. Thanks
Our first trip with adult kids and grandkids! We loved the homes location and really enjoyed the pool or simply walking to beach. We had 6 adults and 3 children under age 8, we had plenty of room! We will definitely rent this property again.
Great house, very close to the beach. Love all the outdoor space and the inside is beautiful.
This house was everything we needed. It was spacious and was a very short walk to the beach. I would stay here again.
I’m leaving 5 stars because the house itself and the location were fantastic. The owner made us a cake and it was amazing. Lovely personal touch, We did have a couple maintenance issues while we were there and Elliott sent someone out quickly. Overall very happy and will definitely be back to this property.
