This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Your home away from home sits on the beautiful Atlantic coastline at Audrey House, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. Crescent Beach is known for being a quiet neighborhood while being only a short drive from restaurants and shopping. The home is dog friendly, so you can bring your beloved four-legged friend along! With the beach only a 4 minute walk from the home, the outdoor shower is great for rinsing the sand off their paws after a morning walk along the shore. The backyard has plenty of room for you and your dog to stay active each day and soak up the sunshine.
Audrey House is a ground level home with only a few steps to reach the entry door. Inside, the home has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and modern kitchen appliances. You'll have all your basic cookware to help you prepare family meals. Four flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi offer entertainment, making it easy to watch movies or favorite shows. An in-home washer and dryer makes refreshing beach towels convenient, and central heating and A/C help maintain indoor comfort. The sunroom is sure to become your favorite spot for relaxing with plenty of natural light.

Beds comfy, water is hot for showers.
We absolutely love this house! We have been renting this for the past 3 years and are looking to move down here! If the owners are ever looking to sell, we would be interested!
We stayed in the Audrey house, the sun room was our favorite, a king bed would have been nice to have and nicer living room furniture, but the house met our needs fine.
