This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Vacation guests will enjoy their stay at the Audrey House in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Three bedrooms, two baths, flatscreen CCTVs, DVD player, central heat and air, washer and dryer, WIFI and an appealing maintained space are what you have available to you during your beach vacation stay here at the Audrey House. A pet is welcome with a $300 pet deposit. That means you can bring your little dog along with you on this beach vacation. An outside shower makes it convenient to rinse off sand after a day spent at the Atlantic coastline.
Beyond the Audrey House rental house the community offers vacation guests so many things to do that are unique as well as customary. Enjoy a remarkably exciting, eco friendly dolphin encounter hosted by experienced guides as you travel along the Atlantic coast. Memories and more memories will be made as you take advantage of the exciting adventures that await you in the Grand Strand region.
Beyond the water, is an outdoor zipline and ropes course. Soar well above water from tower to tower. The pirate themed ropes course is huge as well as challenging. These outdoor activities are certain to be some of your favorite vacation adventures.
From water to air you are sure to have a grand time in the Grand Strand, and then keep your feet planted on the ground as you sightsee at the Brookgreen Gardens which has been voted as one of the top 10 Best Public Gardens in the U.S. by TripAdvisor. There are both guided and non guided tours as well as neat exhibits to see. Explore the Lowcountry Trail, visit the zoo, check out the historical sites, enjoy the beautiful gardens and be inspired by the fabulous artwork that is on display.
The Audrey House is a rental house that provides you with a great place to start your North Myrtle Beach, SC adventures as you come and go making lifelong memories.

We enjoyed our short stay at Audrey House in September. Due to Hurricane Florence we only got to stay 3 nights. It was a sweet 3 bedroom, two bath house on a main street, straight to the ocean. We enjoyed the time we had and will book this house again in the future. It is "pet friendly", very comfortable, close to everything in North Myrtle Beach. We look forward to our next visit !!
