This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A carefree vacation is within reach at Avista Point A. This oceanfront duplex rental can comfortably accommodate 28 guests with its seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. One of the best perks of staying at an oceanfront rental isn’t only the quick walk out to the beach but the gorgeous views from the space as well. Guests can marvel at the ocean from the outdoor balcony and master bedroom.
Outside your rental, a world of vacation fun awaits. Beat the heat with a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool that is shared with Avista Point B. Best of all, take just a few steps away from your rental, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the Grand Strand’s 60-mile stretch of beach.
Be sure to head to Barefoot Landing or one of the many local golf courses. North Myrtle Beach is home to a myriad of championship golf courses and multiple waterparks. No matter how old you are, there’s something for everyone.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
