This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make the most of your beachfront vacation at Avista Pointe B, a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom rental in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. Spanning three floors with over 5,000 square feet of heated living space, this oceanfront retreat is one half of a duplex. An elevator makes traveling between floors convenient, while private balconies provide your own space to enjoy the coastal scenery.
Only the ground-level outdoor areas are shared with the other half of the duplex, including a 16-by-35-foot swimming pool, fenced pool deck, and jetted hot tub. Best of all, a shared wooden walkway leads directly from the property onto the beach!
The spacious kitchen is designed for feeding a crowd, featuring beautiful granite countertops and two sets of stainless steel appliances. Bring out everyone's competitive side in the game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, and an arcade game. Eleven flat screen TVs, including impressive 80-inch and 75-inch screens, make movie nights even more exciting. A washer and dryer keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

Location was great! On the beach and close to restaurants and stores.
We loved the place
Have rented through Elliott many times through the years. As usual, our most recent experience was excellent. The accommodations were as advertised and the Elliott staff was great to work with - professional, efficient, courteous and readily available. Our Oceanfront rental at Avista was perfect. It is a great resort - oceanfront, abundant pools and hot tubs and easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the horseshoe section of Ocean Drive.

Property and location was great. Elliott Realty was helpful in taking care of all of what we ask of them. I would recommend them and stay again at their property.
