This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Eat, sleep, beach, repeat at Avista Point B. Drink in the sunset from the balcony and enjoy everything that the beach has to offer with a glass of wine. This magnificent beach rental can accommodate 28 guests within its seven bedrooms.
Enjoy the convenience of having clean garments throughout your stay with the washer and dryer in-unit. This duplex rental offers an outdoor pool shared with Avista Point A. The rental features an outside shower for rinsing away any sand from your ventures. At night, enjoy the calming sounds of the ocean from the outdoor balcony before heading inside and catching a show on one of the nine available flatscreen TVs.
Keep your camera on hand as opportunities to capture stunning North Myrtle Beach vacation moments are everywhere. Collect shells on the beach or fly a kite in the ocean breeze. There’s no wrong way to spend your time at North Myrtle Beach. Plenty of iconic shops are nearby for the eager shopper in the family as well as championship golf courses that will satisfy the golf lovers.
