This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Barbee's Flamingo is the ideal waterfront living with four-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, and located on the Cherry Grove channel. This dog-friendly home is a less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Take your beloved pet on a walk along the shore for a beautiful sunrise. When you return to the home, stop by the outdoor shower to give those sandy paws a quick rinse. The Cherry Grove area is known for great fishing. Barbee's Flamingo has its own private floating dock, so you can find out for yourself! There is also a private pool and covered sitting area when you need a break from the summer heat.
The interior is designed with the comfort of home in mind including a washer dryer, 5 TVs, and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a home cooked meal together at the dining table and breakfast bar each day. The kitchen is stocked with all your standard appliances and spacious countertops for meal prep. Looking for that true vacation feeling? Fire up the charcoal grill for hot dogs and hamburgers!

My family & I had a great week long stay at the beach. The location & view was great. The pool was great to enjoy with my kids. The house & layout was great.
An exceptional house! Very clean and spacious for a family of 9. Loved the area, very peaceful and quiet over looking the water. Will definitely stay here again but maybe for 2 weeks next year. Loved it!

It was the best house we have stayed in by far! Perfect for our family and kids. The pool was great! My only feedback would be that we should have access to the balcony from our master rooms. They were locked and we would wake the kids up in the living room going out to the balcony to watch the sunrise. Otherwise, this is an awesome house. Perfect space and setup and a beautiful location. We had a blast!!!

We stayed in Barbees Flamingo in July and loved it. It was perfect for our family. The guys loved the channel access to fish and the grandkids loved the pool. This was probably one of the most perfect vacations we have had as a family.
Nice view for sunrise/sunsets. Enjoyed the pool.
There are things that could use replacing- outdoor furniture, kitchenware, rugs. A few windows could use curtains. The new couch (from pictures) and dock/decking was an awesome surprise!

The view is awesome! We love being on the channel and kayaking and fishing. And that it is pet friendly.
