This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
When it's time for a vacation, escape and enjoy a relaxing stay in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Brewers Beach Cottage is here to provide the perfect backdrop to your family trip to the beach. This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is located in the Crescent section of North Myrtle Beach and is only a few blocks from the beautiful beach.
The home is equipped with everything you'll need for lounging in style or preparing a meal in the kitchen. There are five flatscreen TVs, a Webber grill, hammock, fire pit, cornhole boards, wifi, a washer and dryer, and more.
You'll have the convenience of being close to the beach and near many notable attractions for dining and entertainment. Down the road, you'll find numerous shops and restaurant options at Barefoot Landing. For the thrill-seeker in the group, there's Alligator Adventure. Don't forget about the hundreds of golf courses in the city!
