This property is a Luxury Rental!*
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
You will enjoy your time in the sun at this fabulous North Myrtle Beach retreat in the Cherry Grove Section. This four bedroom, three bath vacation home will accommodate everyone comfortably. When you are not playing on the nearby sandy beach or visiting all the popular attractions the area has to offer, you can relax in your own Jacuzzi bathtub or grill fresh fish and shrimp on the outdoor barbecue overlooking the private pool.
Or you might choose to simply unwind in front of one of several flatscreen CCTVs at Casa Del Sol. For your convenience, there is also a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and hair dryer in each bath, upper sundeck with an oceanview, 2 covered porches and high speed Internet access.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

Second time we have stayed at this rental. Great location close to beach and store. The house is well kept and equipped. Met the wonderful owner’s that serviced the pool. Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing family vacation.
We had a great time at Casa Del Sol. The house had everything we needed and the pool was definitely a hit with my grandchildren.
We have been staying in Cherry Grove for 15 years straight now. We have only rented houses on the beach front. This year I decided I needed a pool. To fit that into my budget I had to move off the beach. This was by far the BEST house I have ever stayed in. Clean, well maintained, great location to the beach access. The house was well equipped with cooking supplies etc. Simply beautiful and relaxing. The best vacation I've had in years!!! Oh and I was able to teach my 7 year old granddaughter to swim in the awesome pool!!!!
