This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
| Two separate living rooms and a private swimming pool make Channel Cat a comfortable five-bedroom, four-bathroom channel front vacation home in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. The waterfront setting provides beautiful channel views, while the home's layout gives families additional room to spread out. Rather than sharing a single gathering area, guests can enjoy two living rooms for watching television, relaxing, or spending time together. The kitchen features granite countertops, providing a convenient workspace for preparing meals and refreshments. Seven flat screen televisions offer entertainment throughout the home, while Wi-Fi and an in-home washer and dryer simplify daily routines. The fourth bathroom is detached from the main living area. Outside, the channel side deck overlooks the water, and the floating dock provides a place to enjoy the waterfront surroundings. The private swimming pool offers optional heating or chilling for an additional fee. A charcoal grill and outdoor shower add convenience after swimming or visiting the nearby beach. Grab your sunscreen, towels, and flip-flops for a quick three -minute walk to the nearest beach access point. *Pool can be heated or chilled for an additional $500 (not included in the price shown.) |

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The layout is Great and everyone loved the pool. Beds sleep good. The Tiki bar area was a big hit with the kids and their pretend mocktails. Having the 1/2 bath downstairs was a huge bonus. Best house ever while staying at Cherry Grove. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

The Channel Cat is a great home for a large family. The pool is a HUGE plus! We had plenty of room to spread out. A few of the pots need replacing but we brought our own so no big issue there. We would definitely return to this property!
Check in was simple, the house was beautiful and I appreciated the text keeping me up to date on pertinent information. I would definitely recommend Elliot Beach Rentals.
