This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This pet-friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in North Myrtle Beach sits approximately two blocks from the beach and features a fully fenced backyard. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, providing everything needed for preparing breakfast, casual lunches, and family dinners. A comfortable living area offers space to gather after exploring the coast, while four flatscreen televisions provide entertainment throughout the home. Complimentary Wi-Fi makes staying connected easy, and an in-home washer and dryer helps keep beach towels and vacation clothing fresh. Central heating and air conditioning provide indoor comfort. The backyard is especially inviting, with a furnished outdoor patio and firepit for relaxing evenings. Prepare dinner on the grill, gather around the fire, or simply enjoy the privacy of the fenced yard. We enjoyed our time there
There were some damages which I reported but overall it was a pleasant experience. As to leaving you should tell renters where the appropriate trash dump is if they are not leaving on a trash pick up day. I would like to suggest that a hand towel be included in the towel package. Using a bath towel for hands is not convenient. However, this is just a suggestion, not a complaint. I would also suggest that for this unit you explain where the parking is located. We figured that it is in front on the grass but we were not sure as our van would not fit pulling into the yard and we did not want a ticket if our tires weee on the sidewalk.
We liked the upgrades to the property and the closeness to Boulineas. The only things were the HIGH beds
