Cottages 16 has a Community, Outdoor Swimming Pool.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cottages At Tilghman 16 is located in a pristine section of Ocean Drive; Tilghman Beach. It features four bedrooms and three baths and cooling ceiling fans in each bedroom, as well as the den. A scenic, calm view of a cypress pond, which is occasionally visited by mallards, can be seen from the den, kitchen and two of the bedrooms.
Walk to the beach or take advantage of the beautifully lighted community Swimming Pool just steps from the Cottages At Tilghman 16. North Myrtle Beachs live entertainment venues feature award-winning restaurants, championship golf and family attractions which are only moments away from this centrally located beach house.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
