Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A luxury beach house rental awaits you in Fun in the Sun. This beautiful house in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach is situated just a short walk from the beautiful beach of the Atlantic Ocean, yet away from the crowded oceanfront resort area. Public beach access is directly down the street from the house. Fun in the Sun will also put you in close proximity to many of the areas favorite attractions, providing a perfect location.
This beach house is an attractive vacation rental with four bedrooms and three baths. This amazing rental will comfortably accommodate an extended family or golf foursomes.
This house is designed for comfort and convenience. You and your family will love all of the conveniences and amenities you will find in this beach house. The fully equipped kitchen will provide everything you need to prepare an amazing meal for the entire family. Fun in the Sun also offers a washer and dryer and a covered picnic area with a grill and two picnic tables for your use while calling this amazing house in North Myrtle Beach home. Several flatscreen TVs, DVD/Blu-ray players and WIFI will surely keep the family amused on evenings in or rainy days. Fun in the Sun also boasts a wonderful front porch with a glimpse of the ocean and a covered back porch, perfect for relaxing with a good book.
Relaxing is easy while enjoying a vacation at Fun in the Sun. Enjoy time spent in the private pool with spa, taking in the South Carolina sunshine. Pool can be heated May, September or October for a fee. Just a short walk from your front door you will find yourself on the stunning shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Spend your days lying on the beach letting the sun kiss your skin. Frolic in the waves on a board or in a kayak or simply build luxury sandcastles and collect shells.

*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

Y’all this place is amazing! Very nice and spacious for our whole family. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Short walk to the beach, with public access directly in front. Will be staying here again! Seriously in love with Fun in the Sun!
