Kathy's Cottage has a Private, Outdoor Swimming Pool.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
No one will be disappointed when you chart your course for Kathys Cottage in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is a non smoking oceanfront beach vacation house. Four bedrooms, four baths, and a spacious floor plan delivers an awesome oceanfront view from nearly every angle. Kathys Cottage in North Myrtle Beach sits high atop stilts like the classic beach homes many remember from childhood. Amenities are satisfying and then some. There are DVD players and flatscreen CCTVs. There is an oceanfront balcony studded with rocking chairs that sports a fine oceanfront vista.
A private boardwalk transports one and all up and over the dunes to the sandy shore. Shoes not required. And an on site grill at this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental home translates to trouble free meals of seafood or burgers and dogs. Delicious. Spend all day building sandcastles and combing the shore for shells in picturesque North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Fish from the nearby pier and or rent jet skis to ride the ocean waves. Returning to Kathys Cottage other amenities take center stage. An enclosed outside shower rids one and all of salt and sand. Then there is a washer and dryer where suits and skivvies should be dropped.

This is the best beach house we have ever rented. The enormous deck and extra large pool are so incredible and appealing! We only had a few dinners out because we wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is such a nice feature. The king bed in one one and two queen beds in the other three bedrooms are ideal! Our group could feel the owner’s love in every detail of this property! Thank you for sharing this wonderful beach house!
