Located just a half of a block from the beach, you and your guests will enjoy the stroll often as the sounds of the waves rolling across the shore in a constant ebb and flow motion will be just within ear shot. Back inside the Lagerhead rental house, you have Blu-ray players with Internet, flatscreen TVs as well as DVD players throughout this rental. Central heat and air give you personalized indoor temperature control while the game room with a ping pong table and foosball table gives you an opportunity to engage in a little friendly competition as often as you would care to do so. The gas grill is a perfect outdoor amenity for those nights you want to grill steaks or burgers, brats or even hot dogs while you get set up for a favorite movie presentation.

Overall, out party of 12 had a nice stay. We liked the location, with a quick walk to the beach. The house was very spacious, especially the living room/dining room/kitchen area. The rooms were more than adequate for our party and plenty of bathrooms

Great floor space and floor plan for 3 families . (11 people) Beds and baths met our needs, room for everyone at the dinner table, lots of kitchen space, game room fun, nice sizes pool. Walk to beach not bad and the house on quiet street. Elliott was very responsive when informed of issues.
