This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Enjoy the privacy of a rental beach vacation house that has the luxury of an oceanfront setting and a private hot tub. That is what you get at Living Beach 4, in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This rental house has four bedrooms and three full baths. Staying at Living Beach 4 allows you to step out onto your balcony and be greeted by the waves outside your door.
That same breathtaking view is available from the window in your master bedroom. Another great feature of this rental beach house is the ability to take your small pet under 35 pounds with a $300 deposit on vacation with you. No need to arrange for pet sitters or boarding. You will be enchanted by the ability to wake up and enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage on the oceanfront balcony with the ocean breeze ruffling your hair. Make your plan to catch or buy some quality protein to cook up on your grill one evening. The beach is so convenient at Living Beach 4. You do not have to make any elaborate preparations to enjoy time on the sand, wander back and forth at will! You can take a sunrise walk on the beach in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon, and play a game of sand volleyball at dusk.
The Atlantic Ocean is not the only water option you have in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. With the river, the Intracoastal Waterway, and lots of inlets there is virtually no limit to what type of water sport or activity you can enjoy. Local outfitters in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina can equip you to kayak and canoe, pontoon and sail, paddleboard and wind surf, or just cruise to see dolphins or plantations.
You can get in a round of golf, as the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area is home to championship golf courses. We had a great time at Living Beach 4, it was clean, nice deck, great location, had everything we needed. My only complaint was the clothes dryer, it takes forever to dry - we made them aware of this issue. Overall we loved Living Beach 4 and would definitely go back there!
We loved the Living Beach 4 house, perfect for dogs because they have one of the larger back yards. The only thing that would have been better was if they had a fenced in yard. The home was perfect for a beach vacation and beautifully decorated. The home had nice upgrades and looked like new hardwoods. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Great home and views of the ocean.
