The kitchen island is not only for dining but also provides space for preparing meals. Spread out your ingredients and prepare your favorite meals. You will feel like a professional chef. The living room has plush couches and armchairs. You will also find entertainment through seven flatscreen TVs, WIFI, and corn hole. There is a laundry room and central heating and air. A washer and dryer are useful for keeping up with laundry. 

Mellow Yellow has a lot to offer in outdoor amenities as well. The conversation pool is 7.5” x 12” and only 3.5” feet deep. All ages can easily enjoy this amenity. Take a walk and dig = your feet in the golden sand within moments. Search for seashells, stroll along the shore, and take pictures of the beautiful beach. The beach has plenty to offer. There is even more to be found beyond the beach! Stroll along Ocean Boulevard to nearby favorites. Pick up some snacks and groceries at Boulineau's, check out the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, or indulge in Sunday brunch at Snooky's Oceanfront.
