This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The pool at Palmetto’s is an awesome new addition! Wonderful ocean front view, an outstanding location that’s walkable to NMB’s best restaurants - and next door to Coconut’s Tiki Bar - and a family friendly and comfortable interior. We will be back for another stay as soon as possible!
We loved this place ! It is beautiful and has beautiful art work. The rent has gone up considerably because of the pool, probably. Would love to stay here again. Give this a 5 star but could not get the fifth star filled in.
