This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Romeo, a smoke free luxury oceanfront beach duplex, is a dream getaway in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Spread out over 6,100 square feet, Romeo is a beautiful rental duplex that will hold the most amazing family reunion you have ever had. Eight bedrooms provide sumptuous resting areas for uests and eight and one half baths ensure everyone will be well pampered. The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to cook for a crowd, including a double oven, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There is also a gas grill so steaks and burgers will be delicious and juicy every time.
Premium entertainment is at your fingertips. The theater room features an 85 inch flatscreen CCTV with a Sonos Sound System to give that movie theater feel without the expense. There are flatscreen CCTVs, including one in each of the bedrooms. This vacation rental also has DVD players and WIFI. Romeo has a game room with both a pool table. All this entertainment is ready for you without even having to leave the house. When you venture out onto the private balcony, you can see the delights waiting outside.
A large private outdoor pool beckons swimmers to jump in. Pool can be heated April 15-Sept 15 for a fee. The soft sand of North Myrtle Beach is only steps away, with the salty Atlantic Ocean waiting to lap at your feet. Early morning beach walks will provide treasures from the ocean, and evening walks under the stars are magical. To help you unwind after a long day of walking and seeing the sights, climb into the bubbling hot tub and let the massaging bubbles loosen your muscles. Romeo also has an elevator, which helps take the stress out of moving about in this large rental duplex.
Nearby are fine and casual restaurants, beach shops and convenience stores that will have everything you need for your visit to the ocean. Golf courses, theaters and other fun activities are also close by. Romeo is a truly luxurious retreat that will put your next North Myrtle Beach vacation on a new level. Whether you plan to stay in and entertain or dine out and play tourist, you will feel right at home.

PROS: The view, large home, plenty of dining/living seating, elevator, nice pool/hot tub with LED lites, easy access to beach, short walk down to tide pools at north end, lg/nice bathrooms, sound system+ smart lg TV in media rm, many refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, good wifi, spacious enough + thick walls = noise didn't travel into bdrms when others up late/early making noise. CONS: Prepare to go up/down stairs ALOT. Not a short walk into town; prepare to drive.
