This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
When you are living steps away from the rolling waves and are awakened by glorious sunshine filling your North Myrtle Beach bedroom in the morning, you will find yourself easily slipping into beach vacation mode. When you awake in the morning, stay nestled in the comfort of your bed to see the sun rise over the ocean. Have a slow morning. Watch as the sun melts into the dawn of a new day. The biggest of your worries while vacationing in this slice of heaven is getting sand in your shoes. As you walk back across the street from a dip in the salty Atlantic Ocean, take a shower in one of the two outside showers.
