This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
One of four villas in an oceanfront building, Sea Creatures Escape 4 is conveniently located on South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach. With six bedrooms and six and one half baths, this is the perfect beach retreat for your next large family gathering or reunion. The game room features surround sound, Foosball Table, small refrigerator and wet bar. Other extras include CCTVs, first floor surround sound and computer center with high speed Internet access.
Eating in is easy with two oversized refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. Also enjoy the convenience of two washers and dryers and multiple VCRS and DVD players.
Your family will love their beachfront retreat because Sea Creatures Escape 4 features a shared Swimming Pool, mounted charcoal grills, and an outside shower.
Pool is open April 15 - October 15.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
